Salmon
« on: October 06, 2018, 06:25:08 PM »
Few weeks ago caught my first Lake Michigan King Salmon! and it was a monster! 24.5 pounds and 39 inches. Ended up with about 12 pounds of fillets and 3 pounds of roe. Made some for dinner last Friday and it was delicious.

Just don't try and make Chili with it. Trust me, it's not at all like Jambalaya.
