PHP + Date database is updated
« on: September 09, 2006, 08:56:35 PM »
Hi,

On my hockey autograph website, I have a page which displays the 20 most recent successes.

http://ttm.kranjcevic.com/recent_successes.php

When I update the database, it grabs the 20 recent successes and outputs them onto the page, the problem is it doesnt realize the page is updated, and the last updated date doesnt change (Im using getLastMod()), since Im not actually going in and editing the file.

Is there anyway to grab the date of when the database was last updated?

Thanks

micah

you could just add a timestamp column to your database
