bad lands, Indiana
« on: July 28, 2020, 12:24:30 PM »
On Saturday we went out to Bad Lands, an off-road park in Indiana. It is over 800 acres of off road goodness. My wife had the opportunity to really test out her Jeep while the kids and I played on our quads. It was a blast. The only casualty was my son's rig. He went into a large mud pit and the quad quit - I had to winch him out and tow him back. I think something happened to the transmission because it seems like the gears are not engaging all the way. At least it will give me an opportunity to show them how to troubleshoot and take the thing apart.
Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

quick update - the quad is fixed. It was an easy fix - thankfully :)
