Movie draft?  I missed it.  Where is it?  I'd love to look at it.

And I found this site, and decided to check it out.  I'm around, but this is the first site of this kind that I have tried.

And yes, Dalamar is a dark elf - Silvanesti, as was pointed out.  He is the elf who tries to stand in the way of Raistline, but his only "accomplishment" ends up being the destruction of Kitiara.  :)
