New Draft Ideas

I like doing these so we should decide on what the next draft will be.  I have a few ideas:

1) Cars
2) TV Shows
3) Music Artists
4) ?

I would say food (though we could categorize), but you would probably not get to 20.  After twigs, berries, and tasty tasty bunny rabbits you would be out of selections!!

TV shows would be good.

video games perhaps? but there are only so many - and I'm not much of a gamer so I could only come up with, like 5.

or maybe "fictional supporting characters" from TV, movies and books.  like "Boris Grishenko from Golden Eye"

oh, how about "historical figures" - famous and/or obscure people who influenced history, for the better or worse?  That could be fun and educational!

Historical figures sounds interesting.  Dunno, not interested in cars and I don't think theres enough decent TV shows to do a draft.  Music is extremely subjective IMO.

That was the last poll. It looks like video games was a clear second place choice then, but the people voting in that might not be the same as the people playing this time.

I'm up for whatever.

The forum I stole this from did a bunch of these and they never ran out of things to pick, with our low number of people I don't think that will be a problem regardless of the topic.

I also don't think music is so subjective that it would be hard to do, it will just mean less chance of people stealing your favorite albums.

+1 on the historical figures... sounds cool.  I think cars would be good and there are PLENTY of tv shows to pick from.  Music is just as subjective as movies IMO.

I like the TV shows idea . . . All-Time TV shows.

The food thing isn't bad, either, but can run into clarification issues. 

The historical figures one would be very creative, but the evaluation would be . . . um . . . problematic.  What are we drafting them for?  An advisory council?  A popularity contest?  To run my nation?  Or to see who has the best collection of "impacting" characters?  I like it, though.  :)  I'm drafting Achilles.  :)

Would definitely be interested in historical figures* or cars.

* Though it would be good if it could include current people too.

Sorry, didn't get involved in the movies draft, not much of a movie buff.

Video Games had the most votes in the last poll among topics we haven't done yet. I don't remember any of the handful of Simpsons episodes I've seen so I'd have to sit that one out.
