Andrew Moray

A freedom fighter and Scottish patriot, Moray lead his army alongside the famed William Wallace, battling to keep Scottish independence against the inevitable English rule.

Unfortunately, he died at the Battle of Sterling Bridge leaving Wallace to take over the Scottish forces and, eventually fail.

Soon after his death, his wife gave birth to Sir Andrew Murray who would take up his fathers cause in the 2nd war for independence.

I'm a fairly proud descendant.

kermi, you're up now. Since you're the last pick, everybody can just pick whenever they feel like it.

I think I'll start the voting Monday, so you all have until then to make up missed picks. If you don't pick by then, that's fine, you just end up with fewer people than others during the voting.

Sorry... got a little sidetracked on work stuff. The draft is over and we'll start with the tournament as soon as I get my act in gear. axon will just go with ten people.

Meanwhile, feel free to list your honorable mentions. Given how hard it seemed for people to get to twelve there might not be many, but go ahead if you're inclined.

I was considering Van Gogh, Beethoven and Mozart. I really decided against them when I picked Hendrix. I also considered Lincoln. Never got much further than that.
