Title: Bought me a smoker!

On a whim. Bought the red Brinkmann one from Walmart. Just your basic two rack 3ft tall smoker/grill. Used it to grill ribs and brats last night, amazing. Today I took 5 hours and smoked some Salmon. Worked amazing. I never expected it to obtain and hold ideal temps so well.

Not bad for $54 including charcoal.

Just a note:

Assembly wasn't bad. Little cheesey but hey you get what you pay for. Very sturdy, though. The only cheap thing is the door.

It took about 30min of burning no lid to get it cured. After that only flavor was the meat.
