Title: uTorrent
Post by: Steve on October 23, 2012, 06:09:11 PM
Anyone else use uTorrent? It is worlds more stable and seemingly faster than Bitornado which I used for years. My question is, can you select individual files within a torrent, while it is downloading, to download ahead of others? For example when downloading a TV series with tornado you would start the torrent with all files selected, just as you do with uTorrent. But you could then go into the properities and go to say, episode 1, 2 and 3 and choose to give them priority. That way you could make sure the files downloaded in order so you could watch the first couple as the others came down.

This is really useful with HDTV packages or shows with long seasons.

I haven't used it for quite a while but I remember having the ability to shuffle priorities of individual pieces for sure.
