Ok, im taking a web development course this summer. So lets hear all the great things about the tools you like for web development.

html, javascript, css, web services, python cgi, java

I use Eclipse for Java, other than that I've got emacs and firefox so far.

Homesite 5.5 for HTML/JS/PHP or PHP Designer 2005 for PHP editing, Bradsoft's Topstyle Lite for CSS... and that's about all I use.  I also use Opera's javascript console for debugging js scripts.

HTMLToolkit is what I use.
Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
