Fantasy Fuckups

Inspired by a guy in my fantasy baseball league that currently is enjoying a total of 0 of the 51 possible points he would have gotten for starting Mark Buerhle this week (who just threw a perfect game).  What are your biggest fantasy fuckups?  Number 1 for me is probably leaving Clinton Portis on the bench the week he rushed for 5 TD.  Number 2 is probably my allegiance to Joba Chamberlain, who I'm convinced will come around and is really only on my team because he's eligible at SP and RP.

As a general rule, I make all my choices, then quickly switch to the opposite before game time.  Usually works well.
