The kids were with their grandparents Sunday afternoon so my wife wanted to see a movie with me (and stay out of 100 degree heat). There wasn't much available so we decided to watch this romance.
It wasn't too bad for what it was, but I really didn't believe the love relationships portrayed in the film. The writing seemed pretty mediocre and formulaic, and so all the things that are added to create drama were obvious and not terribly believable. The non-romance part of the story was interesting enough, though, so I wasn't completely bored.
