I'm trying to find an equation for muzzle velocity that ignores friction and air resistance, using only the inital force, mass of the projectile, and length of the barrel.
Or should/can I just use:
V^2 = 2ax
where a is F/m and x is the length of the barrel? (Assuming a zero inital velocity)
