TV shows you refuse to watch

Ok, pretty simple, what is the list of shows that are regularly on stations you watch that you refuse to watch.  And I mean, will change the channel or turn the TV off when it comes on.

Any reality show where contestants get eliminated one by one each week.
Lost  (I'm sure it was great, but I never saw a single episode and I'm ok with that)

Tosh, Any of the reality shows with a negative tone...and wait, I never watch anything that's not sports or dvr....problem solved.

I barely watch TV. I fast forward through Pawn Stars and Antique Roadshow. Sometimes watch a little Cops. Brain Games and How It's Made with my boys. And Arrow when the season returns with my wife.

I hate everything else more or less.

There are certainly shows I refuse to watch, but I can't think of them right now because I so rarely channel surf.

thats two of you now; why the Big Bang Theory dislike?  I know its not like the most ground-breaking thing ever, but I've been watching since season 1 and its just as funny/dumb as any other sitcom.

I can understand that.  If a show is too good how can you watch any of the vastly inferior shows?
