i know he had paperwork, but I can't believe thats street legal.  Did it even have a passenger side seat belt?

i wonder how the transmission works on that, i mean, does he just drive around in first gear all the time?

I once got a seatbelt ticket in a race car while we tested it out in town. I was the passenger, and never once did the cop mention the entire lack of a seat all together, just the belt. Seems even if your sitting on the floor its still a required peice of equipment haha.
