And they use it 15 minutes after logging in with Firefox 31. Why, why, why?

I support a website my company created for certain physicians. One of the reports we have logs user login and failure with OS and browser information.

Usually, I see people logged in with IE8 because that will most often give us issues with a certain kind of request, but today when I checked this person had logged in with FF, performed one request successfully, and then for some reason 15 minutes later logged in with IE6.

Maybe. Both sessions were on Windows XP. But we also have a scary number of users still on that too. Hospitals are terrible.
