I wrote this after an encounter I had with someone from the past the other night. Guess which way I took? :p
Imprint of Moment
Five or six years since you
last saw her. You can tell she
recognizes you as well,
yet,
you hear her silence through
the deafening crowd.
Your eyes meet hers,
(like before) you lose
yourself in their vast
blackness.
She says nothing
still.
The moment: your junction.
Diverge? Consequence of decision
is bliss,
is pain,
Decide.
is joy,
is sorrow.
Decide.
is Life
experience.
