Let's Play 360?  I think that's a cool initiative and I'm glad the NFL is doing it!  Geezum Charlie, trying to stay on topic here.  WTF?

The NFL's initiative is called PLAY 60.  Let's Play is a horrible thing where annoying ass people take screen captures of them playing again and talk over it in their annoying ass voices without proper volume control.  Then they upload their horrible video to youtube and a ton of stupid people watch the video instead of actually playing the game.

Note:  I don't have a problem with tutorial videos on the whole.
