By the time that device reaches the market place I'll be lucky if I will be able to see the screen, let alone drool over its possible contents in any sort of state other than a vegetative one(which raises the question of whether a windshield wiper would be an optional extra or a standard feature?).
I do like the idea of the virtual keyboard, though - keys 5cm across and arranged in any fashion would be very useful and probably a lot more comfortable than using a conventional keyboard.
Molecular modelling might be one good fun application for a flexible interface/display like that, too.
