I was playing with one at the mall during boxing week shopping. They look really nice. I like the tiled home screen for updates and the keyboard /cover was pretty cool, not as easy as typing on a real keyboard but definitely usable.

The problem is going to be apps, I don't think native windows apps can be run on the surface and who knows whether or not MS's app store will gain traction with developers.

If I was going to buy a tablet right now it'd be the Nexus 10, highest resolution screen on the market and the price is reasonable.

Jake I should have shown you my ultrabook last week.  In total love with it.  I don't even use my tablet as often anymore except for reading.  I'm not sold on the surface yet.  Basically all the reviews I've read said it's "not quite there yet."  I'm curious to see what the next generation one will be like...
