I thought I'd break this off into it's own thread... Cheez, I played "My Player" tonight.  Decided to go with a SS.  I'm probably only hitting about half of my goals and my MLB bar is barely moving.  How long does it take if you suck?  I mean granted, I'm hitting in the high .300... but still.

It took me about 25 games to get called up.  It's slow at the start, but as your skills go up, it gets easier.

Yeah.. I started cranking up specific things like my throwing power... because I don't make half of my fielding plays because I can't get the throw to first in time.  Talk about frustrating.

And DAMN is it hard to hit in double A.  The pitches are so slow!

I have the exact opposite problem - I was killing in AA, but in the bigs I was so used to 83mph fastballs with no movement that I can't hit anything.
