I'm going to post about fitness stuff here. General progression, not every single workout.

2014/12/25-28 @127#
Deadlift: 255x1 (2x BW!)
Bench: 115x6
Squat: 220x5

Hit 250x1 Squat and 125x1 Bench Wednesday and Thursday respectively. Haven't tested in a while and wanted to see where I was for 1 RMs.

I signed up for a power lifting meet in April. Man, this means I need to actually keep lifting.

Standard powerlifting meet, so squat/bench/dead. My bench is too low to do a push/pull or just a bench anyway.

Squat: 250x1

The squat isn't technically a new PR, but now it's officially 2x BW, so that's pretty cool. Meet is in a month. I'm 99% sure I'm going to sign up for another meet in August but will shoot for the 52kg weight class.

Got around to watching the video.  I find the idea of spotters kinda funny.  If I'm gonna drop the bar on a back squat you really don't want to be there.

This is a PL meet. You are not supposed to bail at all and can get DQ'd for doing so.
