The zip file includes the server and the client, and for you Windows types there are exe files inside the appropriate zip file. (Linux and Mac types can use the python interpreter.)
Basically, the command syntax is:
drawer_server
where portno is the tcp port number you want to run the server on
drawer_client
where address is where the server is, portno is the tcp port the server's running on, and nickname is your starting default nickname.
I'm firewalled by my college so I can't run the server, but if someone else wants to everybody can connect to that and draw lewd pictures at each other.
