Well, this summer I liked reading... I was never into reading fiction before but meh, anyway. Here's what I read, they were all pretty good.
- Angels & Demons - Dan Brown (http://forums.entropysink.com/index.php?topic=655.0)
- Digital Fortress - Dan Brown (http://forums.entropysink.com/index.php?topic=2653.0)
- Velocity - Dean Koontz (http://forums.entropysink.com/index.php?topic=2678.0)
- The Dante Club - Matthew Pearl
- Map of Bones - James Rollins
The first 3 have all been discussed in other threads. The Dante Club was a good story, took a little while to get interesting but was well worth the wait. I think that book would make a great movie. Map of Bones was very much like a Hollywood Movie. Lots of action, highly trained military scientist combat agents, tonnes of expendible bad guys, explosions, undiscovered ancient temples & treasures, etc... The story winds its way around ancient artifacts and stories hitting the 7 wonders of the ancient world. Not the most in depth plot but a fun read non the less. Somewhere between Tomb Raider, Tom Clancy, and Dan Brown.
