I'd like to work out at a Crossfit gym, but for the money you pay for the one around here, they should work out for me and surgically graft the muscles to me.  It's like $200/mo for my local box

Theres one in GR that is very affordable, and very good. I went to Crossfit on my off days from Krav Maga and let me tell you, it is fucking brutal. I quit after the third week, i couldn't keep up.
hey ethic if you and i were both courting lily allen..... oh wait, which one of us has a relationship that lasted more than the bus ride home?
