thats too bad ober. We eat a shit load of eggs at my house. I would say at least 18/week.
Sophie is highly allergic to egg and nuts, although as far as we know, it's only by ingesting them. We initially thought she might grow out of it by now but the last testing we had done indicated she likely won't grow out of the egg allergy until her early teens. She will likely never outgrow the nut allergy.
We do get eggs from time to time (probably once every 6 months) but we have to be really careful when we do. And there are nice things about it. Baking egg free means you can eat batter without worrying. And we're all so used to it at this point. It's not that big of a deal anymore.
