it does look pretty cool for the pre-set city's that they have 3d rendering for.  hartford, ct looks pretty lame and 1 dimensional.  oh well.

Yeah, it's still in beta and really only setup for a few select cities at the moment.

OVI is a nokia site. nokia owns navteq.  my brother works for navteq.  He just finished up training in Alabama on their new "NAVTEQ TRUE" vehicles that will be collecting HD street level data.

navteq sells their mapping data to companies like garmen and microsoft.  This product is being developed in conjecturer with Bing.
