I think this is going post is going to be my progress log from now on so I don't feel like a spammer.

W3D1: 12-17-13-13-20 - Felt like poop.
W3D2: 14-19-14-14-22 - Went by faster, took longer rest.
W3D3: 16-21-15-15-25

W4D1: 18-22-16-16-25 - Note to self: don't do this as the last thing of the day.
W4D2: 20-25-20-20-30 - shoulda done more!
W4D3: 23-28-23-23-30 - Week 5 looks like no fun at all. :(

E2: 40, but a cat attacked me.

W5D1: 28-35-25-22-40
W5D2: 18-18-20-20-14-14-16-40
W5D3: 18-18-20-20-17-17-20-45 - last 5 were very hard.

E3: 56

Pretty much perpendicular/parallel to the rest of the body parts. Basically like the guys on the http://hundredpushups.com/what.html page.

W4D2 - 140

The last 20 - part of a rep of 36 were very hard.  A slight tickle in my left elbow didn't help....

Try putting your hands side by side in the center of your chest for a set.

so do triangle. I'm going to start this today or tomorrow. I fall into column 2 (i can do 8) because of my severe slacking off. I'm proud to say i can do 50 pullups, though, in two sets.
hey ethic if you and i were both courting lily allen..... oh wait, which one of us has a relationship that lasted more than the bus ride home?

i did? I meant monday. I'm still shaking the cold and my head feels like its gonna pop, so not ideal for a workout haha

apparently its the same thing, different name. I dont think knuck meant it would be easier, but that it would tone better.

Oh.  He said it after charlie's post, who was having a lot of trouble doing pushups.  I thought maybe he was trying to give him some help, but I really didn't understand how it would at this point.

It does halp one tone better.  Builds a wider variety of muscle.  And.  It is nice to have a different set now and again.
