Title: sloppier the better
Post by: Jake on August 12, 2012, 03:04:51 PM
Made turkey sloppy joes :) i never got why people eat them in burger buns...other than too get sloppy. I halved regular sandwich rolls, took out the soft bread and the reminder served as a bowl. Put some shredded cheese on top. My daughter liked it, my son pretty much ate the cheese and the bread :)

When I do use turkey I like it to be wild. I hunted quite a few last fall / winter and just thaw them as needed.

Do you just squeeze them through your windshield instead of a grinder?
