Like Outlook, but free (or very cheap), anyone?

Hi again guys,
the girls (something like 5 users) at the office are using Pegasus, and they're sick of it. So, they've asked me to look for a new program.
I'm quite sure that Outlook would be great, but at a price.
So, anyone could suggest any other option?

In the meantime, I'm Googling it....

I use Mozilla's Sunbird.  Like thunderbird, but stand alone.  It's alright.  Does the job.

Thunderbird or Evolution (not sure if evolution has a windows build).

Thanks for the replies guys.
Yesterday I was having a look at Eudora, but since you guys also mention Thund. I guess I should spend some time on that one as well.

I'll let you know at the end what we do, and see how many more questions I have!
