Firefox Extensions
« on: August 22, 2005, 01:37:10 PM »
When I am working on my webpages, I usually check to see how they look in both Opera and Firefox, and occasionaly in IE.

I recently downloaded the Web Developer Extension which adds a toolbar to Firefox.  I havent used many of its features, but I did like how I could check a local file for validation, as well as change the browser to an 800*600 display.

I think its worth checking out.

I like that extension as well, but the validation is still not as nice as Opera's built-in features (right-click to validate any page, local or remote).  Plus I don't like the validator that is built into Firefox... it's far too picky and goes beyond the standard IMO.
