Ok lets see:
The did a really good job of using intelligent (but not too intelligent) comedy and didn't resort to using a lot of dumb silliness. There was an underlining commitary on the effects of when companies like Enron and WorldCom screw their employees and end up collapsing.
Alec Baldwin did a great job of playing the CEO. Téa Leoni played a perfect match to Jim Carrey.
I'd have to say this was one of the better Carrey films.
