Pretty cool. I don't separate mine, affects the flavor. I do take the yolk out of hard boiled eggs for my salad though.

Many many recipes call for you to separate them.  It really isn't always a viable option not to.

that's awesome. I have to give it a try. But I think it might be more hustle than doing it the "regular" way
