So I have lost about ten more pounds by eating just a small salad for breakfast and lunch, and proportioning myself at dinner. For breakfast I just have a homemade salad (lettuce, onion, shredded carrots, cucumber) with a little light french dressing.
For lunch I have the same salad, but I add a sliced up hard boiled egg and some shredded cheese.
I find the salads leave me more full then I would expect. It's a major change from just eating anything for lunch and making a full out breakfast a few times a week. Once or twice a week i do switch out my breakfast salad for a cup of cheerios and some milk.
