Title: Protip: Update your monitoring software before turning off servers

Went through our server instances and decommissioned a bunch.  Shortly after I get the nagios alarm bitching about it.  Opps.

On the plus side:  Reduce our daily expense by about 15%!

lol, the nagios alerts are a lot friendlier than the AWS alerts

I am pretty sure the spell checker changed it from a softer, gentler word:  like fork or flick.
