Was out birthday shopping for my sister and picked up this.  Can't wait to read it to be honest :cool2:.  

Incidentally, bought my sister The Pilot's Wife by Anita Shreve.  Dunno what she reads anymore, seemed like a chick book  :dunno:

Read a bit of it on the bus to work.  So far so good - some lough out loud lines.

Thats why I picked up the movie today! I was browsing the DVDs at my library to day and came upon "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" - that sounds familiar - I though, and took it out...now I know why :)

Good book. Great movie. Thompson was/is one of my favorite psychonauts. Some other books you guys should check out are "The Great Shark Hunt" and "Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail".
