Title: Hot Women Tournament - Round 1 Over

I used the randomizer to randomly select seeds from 1-10. The other option was to have a preliminary vote to seed people, but that's too much work. So here are the seeds (original draft order in parentheses):


This week's vote will be for 7 vs 10 and 8 vs 9. Seeds 1-6 have a bye.

Please only vote for one option between axon and Cshot and one option between ober and ЯR. Since this forum software doesn't have public polls, I can't verify that people are voting correctly, but the total number of 7 vs 10 votes should equal 8 vs 9 votes.

You can vote for yourself.

The poll expires in 6 days. I'll be copying the drafts of the four participants in the next two posts below so you don't have to switch to the main draft thread.

Hmm... somebody already didn't vote for the red group. Not a big deal, you can always edit your vote. We can worry about anomalies when it gets closer to the end. And I guess you don't have to vote for each match if you don't want.

So why should you all vote for me?
My team is definitely better than axon's and here is why:
It is built around variety. I have everything from hot, gorgeous, cute, petite, giant, old, young, modern, classic, athletic, nerdy, innocent, and naughty. I mean this is a deserted island and there is no getting out. I mean every guy out there gets tired of the same old thing eventually even if their significant other is an ultra hottie. Just look at Hugh Grant when he hooked up with that nasty hooker instead of going home to Elizabeth Hurley. Elizabeth Hurley! And you know why? Coz he was tired of the same old thing. And that is pretty much what axon's team is all about. The same generic hot women (granted I would never kick any of them out of bed) except for Rachael Ray who is fugly which I give him credit for since I have none of those on my island! Plus all of his women are of this generation. Branch out just a little bit will ya! Plus, after a couple years on the island with Jenna Jameson, they might as well rename this island to Lesbos. They will all be professional sex machines who will pleasure me and each other in ways never imagined!

So those that voted for axon, I say retract your vote and switch it over to me (including you axon :p)

So why you should not vote for me?
If you fear my team advancing to the next round!

If it wasn't for Christina Aguilera, Lindsay Lohan, Jennifer Lopez, and Rachael Ray you island might have been good.  But those four just bring everyone else down.

The only questionable one on CShot's island is Julianne Moore (mainly because of the age in the picture)

Cshot's island reminds me of list my grandmother who does nothing but watch Wheel of Fortune and read TV Guide all day would put together saying "I bet these are the cute lasses the young gents fancy these days".  I admit the reporter is hot, but back to bleh for the last three.

Ha! You're just saying that because you're ahead. :)

I realize most of the voting will occur within a day or so, but there are a few people who don't come online every day and I wanted to allow them to vote if they felt like it. I also figured I'd leave a weekend in each poll, so this is the easiest way to do that.

And if a few of the other 7 people to vote for movies pipe up, then we'll have the movie draft to keep our interest soon.

Is this because you are anxious to move on?

I realize the voting hasn't changed, but the point is that it might change. Also, I'm trying to keep the amount of time I spend on these things to a minimum, so setting up a round of voting once a week fits better into my schedule.

I understand, and I agree that it takes too long. I would just feel worse if somebody logged in to see that three rounds had passed without them voting. At this point it's probably too late to get it done before you leave anyway.

With the current schedule you'll only miss one round of voting.
