Good question. Does it have a USB or Bluetooth interface? What model?

Blue tooth is a wireless connection, you don't need a cable. Does your PC have blue tooth?

Sometimes phones have a memory/file management feature where you can copy files back and forth between phone memory and memory card (does your phone  have a memory card?). If you can copy the file to the memory card you could read it directly off of that.

I talk to mine using bluetooth.  My USB Bluetooth adaptor came with BlueSoleil software that links the two.  I haven't tried the midi, files, but I've transfered the original picture files.
