Topic: excel to print

I have a spreadsheet with over 200 rows and just one column. I need to take the value of these cells and print them in an area that is 7.1x3.5 inches. Doing this manually in word or publisher will take a shit ton of time, does anyone know of a quicker method?

So print them so that they will automatically break at the bottom of the page onto the next "column?" until they fit 7.1x3.5 scaled?

I just copied and pasted into word as a table and formated the cells to my specific size. that worked pretty well.
