yea, that was a typo...it is now ctrl t...in opera 8.5 it is ctrl-n...I want my ctrl-n back...I uninstalled that shit...I'll think about it when it comes out of beta...

ctrl n is new window not new tab....and as far as i can recall it has always been that way. n for new window, t for tab.....

no, in opera 8.54 (I think that's the version I'm running - I'm not home right now), it's ctrl-n for a tab, alt-ctrl n for a window.  I know that's what it is.  I have been doing that instinctively for at least 6 years now - when I started using Opera.

Yeah... same here for me.

And kermi... they kind of bastardized the install of the beta.  I think they wanted people to not accidentally install over their 8.5 in case they wanted to go back.  You actually have to go in and change the path if you want it to install over your old one.  The beta installation adds the word "beta" to the install folder.

Grrrrr anyone know how to remove that "stop exectution blah blah" box on the javascript confirm boxes?  It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't the one with keyboard focus.
