I'm using Outlook.  Tried Thunderbird for about 3 months and just got pissed and went back.

I've used Thunderbird for years.

I wouldn't specifically recommend it, though. I like Outlook and even Outlook Express a little better.

Evolution is great for a heavy duty email client, I used it back when I had a job.....

I don't know if there's a windows port though.

I used Evolution on Linux and loved it. I was going to dual boot the new desktop but i have Win7 Ultimate and honestly, i cant find anything to complain about.

I used to use Thunderbird, but now I'm just all web based with notifiers if necessary. But typically, my phone is where I check alternate accounts. Well, at least I use it to notify me of new messages on those accounts. Then I use the web interface.

Google is working on allowing you to manage multiple accounts I guess. No ETA on when you'll see the feature.
