So i got a massive craving for bacon, so i threw a skillet on the stove and cooked up a pound of bacon. At the end i decided i wanted eggs, so i scrambled them up on a bowl only to realize i have no butter to grease the pan. So on a whim, cuz this never occured to me before, i decided grease is grease and scrambled the eggs in the pan the bacon had been in, which was coated in bacon grease. I hadnt even drained it. Man they were fucking amazing eggs.

I've been on a breakfast taco kick lately and i usually cook chorizo and then just throw the eggs in the pan with the sausage and voila delicious

Chorizo is a spicy mexican sausage. Almost every grocery store around here seems to have some kind of it. It rules on basically everything

I loves me some chorizo. They vary quite a bit depending on where you get them. The argentinian ones aren't spicy at all but damn tasty on the BBQ.
