These are about a month old now, taken while I was in Korea.  I thought they looked pretty.

just a little technical detail: try using a larger aperature and a macro lens... you'd get a MUCH better shot (not saying these are bad by any means)

I suspect they were taken with a point-and-shoot digital camera anyway (which would make my last bit of advice useless) :)

Yes, it was a point and shoot; I'm too cheap to get a nice pretty one.

I have more!  These are Jersey Lilies, and they're for my studio project.

I didn't feel like giving you the photoshopped versions (although, the first one is cropped) without the imperfect wall, but you get the idea.

The bottom one of the 2nd set is awesome. I lurve B&W...

First set is cool, but the top pic could do with a real tight crop - the background is kinda distracting (IMHO).

The second one is kickass... and the 3rd and 4th ones are ok, except for the wall and almost looks like you were trying to take a picture of the wall and the flowers got in the way.

My studio teachers would say that the empty space draws your attention more to the subject.  Or some other BS like that. :p
