there's not much help in syncing programs for the mac. 

Think there's only like 2 options - missingSync and pocketmac or something along those lines.  One of them is free, the other is $40.

tried the free one and my mac wouldn't even see my pearl.

My mac syncs fine with my cell phone (motorola and my old nokia) just using the built-in iSync.

I have no idea what ATT is doing... all of my stuff is done through my company.  The box just showed up on my desk yesterday, and now I have it linked to my email and all that other good shit.

Can it be undone/uninstalled? Is it a different firmware or just a software hack?

Is there anywhere that lists the apps you can install through cydia or whatever? The things I'm looking for are the video recording (possibly audio recording too), tethering, and background apps capability until they get the push capabilities.
