I'm sorry, but in today's environment this is a very risky move for such a successful site. Watch how quickly the user base drops and moves to another avenue.  Unless they come up with some sort of creative pay method (which I highly doubt they'll get right) this could pretty much kill Hulu.

It ought to be interesting to see how it plays out.

So did everyone else.  It'll be interesting to see how much they make you pay and for how much.  Perhaps you'll get 1 week's show for free, but to go farther back...

I think the other way around would be better... who wants to pay for old episodes? but the latest new show you just missed, thats worth something.
