Topic: Anyone else get this?

I don't really notice that much of a difference between Vista and 7.  My home computers are Vista and they have the same feel as my Windows 7 laptop.

That all sounds nice and I'm sure I'll be happy when I get a new machine with Windows 7 on it eventually, but nothing there screams "spend money to upgrade".

I mean, it costs money to upgrade, right? And time?

Yeah... there is definitely a cost, but the upgrade would be pretty painless.

ad I'm like many here, all machines other than my mac, are running XP. I used Vista briefly, but didn't like it at all. Like Micah, I will wait until I need to buy a new PC to try windows 7. But m Windows boxes are all no more than 2-3 years old, and my next replacement will be the iMac in about two years.

BTW, have you guys seen how cheap you can get an iMac these days?!
