Which one looks smoother

Does one of these look noticeably than the other? I've been playing around with my Pi live stream stuff and had success figuring out how to get the feeds into OBS so I can start doing streams without writing my own software right away. I'm still going to work on it but in the meanwhile this should help me figure things out.
I've been playing around with 720p30 and 720p60 but I'm not seeing a big difference. Part of it is the camera and other setup I'm sure but I'm wondering if of you can notice a different between the two videos? There's no audio on the first one and it's out of sync on the second one. It was my first attempt at using OBS to stream with the remote cameras and audio and I guess I need to add some latency to the audio. My gstreamer scripts have everything sync'd up for me.

Second one seems noticeably smoother, especially after I realized I had opened it twice and was comparing it to itself instead of to the first one.

Interesting. Thats the C920 @30fps.
I added more light to the C922 and I think it might help but it seems really difficult to get 60fps out if it. The C920 seems good enough and for the money I think it's great.
