My wife's birthday is today and I ordered her flowers via 1800flowers.com - this si the second time I've used them and both times have been hugely disappointed. I ordered this arrangement http://ww12.1800flowers.com/product.do?baseCode=17381 which is sunflowers only - and ofcourse my wife got something totally different....I'm "chatting" with live help now complaining about the situation. They pulled the same shit on me last year...I complained and got a $14 gift certificate....

I will never use that service again....their flowers are extremely expensive as is, they could at least get them right...  :disbelief:

i used them once and they fucked up. I hear that alot, too. I think i read about them on ripoff report a few times.

there is no point of being an asshole to a complete stranger - hence I never argue much. She did what she could, and I am satisfied with everything that she promised. Now lets just hope it happens.

it sucks that the messed up the order but i'm sure 1800flowers just sends the order to a local florist and the local florist is the one that fucked it up.

but yeah, i would not have been amused.  something would have been turned up-side-down and set on fire.
