heh, not bad. I'd disagree with number 9 though, I don't like reaching for the mouse if I'm programming. Its all keyboard as much as I can.

And seriously... is that guy like 13?  Sounded like a bunch of whiny bitching to me.

Yeah, he is a little whiny... but I agree with the general idea of what he's saying. I still roll my eyes everytime I see the finger print matching program on CSI, with all the images and transparecies flashing around.

I'm going to have to review number 1. While I think he's right that it's usually actual code that spins by, I'm thinking of things more like the Matrix and the systems I run where I like to watch the logging information. Sure I can't really read it as it goes by but I can tell when there's a problem when it doesn't spin like it should.
I've noticed movies lately are getting better about that kind of stuff.

I like these sorts of movie reality commentaries though. Sometimes they can be very funny.

Lmfao, md5 makes me flaccid! The rest was pretty much crap but also true and I do have to admit I find some of it marginally annoying when watching a film.

The only movie that springs to mind that doesn't do most (any? I can't remember exactly) of the things on that list is the one, the only suckfest, Clear and Present Danger.

I don't know what language he's using though. Either it's fake (unlikely) or just really, really ancient, or something.

Humor me.

Lol, I feel like a geek for saying this but I think it was the matrix 2, the hot girl logs on to a unix terminal. Not that that makes it innocent anything...its basically a move based on all the things he complains about!
