I can smell a hot lamb roast and it's making my mouth water - I've not had any lunch, so this is painful :cry:!

Looking forward to hooking into it with a pint of Kilkenny or two :cool2:

I cooked up some country style ribs this evening that were yummy.  I decided to use indirect heat on them that really kept them nice and juicy.

Chocolate chip and chocolate chip with reese's pieces.  I don't like how they turned out, but apparently everyone else did, so s'all good. :)

edit: and oh yeah, we had lamb today too...

Mom picked up some of the orignal recipe of http://www.chaka.com/prod.htm from costco so my recipe is this:
Set charcoal grill to indirect cooking, put ribs on grill plain.  Cook for about 10 minutes then flip brush on generous amount of sauce (about 3 coats).  Repeat every 8-10 minutes till done.
It took a little longer then direct heat but it was worth it.
