You need to setup a cname.  However, that school is using SSO (Single Sign-on) which I don't think is available for the free accounts.

I found the cname stuff. I had been looking all over and couldn't even find a answer searcching. Now I know why because its a very obvious link right under email on the dashboard lol.

The cname setup is perfect. Now I don't have to write a how to for the gay perfora email system the host uses.
